Each user is granted 3 free AI-powered application analyses. Once these free uses are exhausted, users must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service. Free usage limits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other accounts.
You retain all rights to the resume data and personal information you provide to LandedAI. By using our service, you grant us permission to use this data solely for the purpose of generating AI-powered job application responses. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
The AI-generated responses provided by LandedAI are suggestions and should be reviewed and edited by you before submission. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific job application. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to potential employers.
The materials on LandedAI are provided on an 'as is' basis. LandedAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall LandedAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use LandedAI, even if LandedAI or a LandedAIauthorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on LandedAI could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. LandedAI does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. LandedAI may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
